Come join us for this comprehensive grafting course focused on evidence-based minimally invasive techniques for esthetic bone and soft tissue reconstruction. We will present conventional, tunneling and minimally invasive approaches used to manage immediate implant placement and the spectrum of anatomic defects encountered in daily practice. We will present enhanced wound healing concepts with amnion/chorion, immediate implant placement including tunneling with bone or soft tissue grafts. Management of single and multi-tooth extraction defects and atrophic edentulous segments with open and closed grafting techniques. Also presentation of tunnel grafting for bone augmentation of anterior maxilla producing a stable longterm cosmetic lip support. Using live surgery, video library, and hands-on applications, participants will gain knowledge, skills and proficiency with tunnel grafting with bone and soft tissue, perio-plastic soft tissue and minimally invasive techniques for predictable esthetic patient centered outcomes.

Daniel Cullum, DDS

 

Dr. Dan Cullum completed his DDS with distinction at the University of Alberta, Canada and residency training at Westchester Medical Center, New York. Dr. Cullum is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is on faculty as a Visiting Lecturer at Loma Linda University, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and UCLA, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He speaks internationally and has contributed articles, textbook chapters, and an innovative textbook on minimally invasive implant surgery. At Implants Northwest (Coeur d’Alene, ID), he practices Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with emphasis on immediate and minimally invasive techniques in esthetic implant reconstruction. 

 

 

Shaun Rotenberg DMD, MS 

Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology

Associate Professor, Division of Periodontology

The Ohio State University College of Dentistry

 

Dr. Shaun Rotenberg received his dental degree from the Medical College of Georgia, and his certificate and MS in Periodontics from Ohio State University, where he is an Associate Professor.  He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and is on staff at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Dr. Rotenberg is partner in a multi-specialty private practice focusing on periodontal therapy, implant therapy, and periodontal plastic surgery. He has authored/co-authored several peer-reviewed articles and lectures internationally on minimally invasive grafting, periodontal plastic surgery, and autogenous tissue alternatives.
